The MSI IS2000 Part Inspection System is a PC based vision system allowing for calibrated measurements of various parts and/or features through the use of multiple manual measurement tools. The IS2000 can be configured with enhanced software allowing for image capture, pass/fail based on upper and lower specification limits, output of data to an excel file, recipe
based measurements, and sample images to guide the operator.
Addition of a smart camera to the IS2000 allows for use of operator, smart camera of both measurements throughout the process. The simultaneous measurements can be used to develop vision algorithms and build confidence in the system for fully automated inspection. |
