Marker Band Swaging Equipment with PLC Control
MSI SW150 utilizes our proprietary, robust, element swaging technology and is intended for use in swaging metal bands of a wide range of materials.
 The MSI SW150 utilizes our proprietary, robust, element swaging technology and is intended for use in swaging metal bands of a wide range of materials.

The SW150 is intended for R&D or manufacturing and requires operator positioning and pre-swaging. The system continuously swages to a fixed uniform diameter without adjustment of shims. The SW150 has a quiet operation and produces a smooth surface finish. As production volume increases customers can stay with the same swaging technology and move to higher automation and control for manufacturing efficiencies.
