The MSI SW100S marker band swaging equipment utilizes our patented Flexure™ die plate design and PLC controls to uniformly swage a variety of catheter products. Developed specifically for the medical device industry, the SW100S reduces noise pollution in the cleanroom and eliminates the need for lubricants and other product contaminants. The Flexure die plate design maintains process control by eliminating the need for die shimming.

The MSI SW100S is intended for R&D and low volume manufacturing requirements. This PLC controlled equipment stores up to 60 unique profiles for quick recall of desired process parameters via touch screen user interface.
