MSI FFS675S Lean Process PTA Balloon Catheter Pleating and Folding Equipment utilizes identical, independent machine bases with automated product handling to cut process cycle times in half.

The MSI FFS675S Lean Process PTA Balloon Catheter Pleating and Folding Equipment utilizes identical, independent machine bases with automated product handling to cut process cycle times in half. Each base is capable of running the pleat or fold process and can be directly exchanged for one another creating a very flexible manufacturing platform. The machine can be configured with a variety of luer attachment fixtures in order to address full length or RX subassemblies.

The FFS675S is PLC controlled with an industrial PC HMI touch screen user interface. The control system allows for multiple levels of security with easy recipe/ profile creation and transfer between machines. Other capabilities for improved process efficiencies include bar code scanning, integrated vision assist, networking and data output.
