R&D/Low Volume Balloon Pleating and Folding
MSI FFS200 offers a simplified machine base utilizing proprietary WavePleat™ technology for balloon pleating and folding.
 The MSI FFS200 offers a simplified machine base utilizing proprietary WavePleat™ technology for balloon pleating and folding. This equipment is ideal for R&D or low-volume production where the folded balloon properties are critical.

The FFS200 is pneumatically operated and accepts a wide variety of head lengths and diameters. Each Wavepleat™ head is designed to specific balloon dimensions to assure accurate and repeatable processing with the lowest possible folded balloon profiles. Compared to hand folding the thermal properties of the MSI pleat and fold heads may increase balloon refold characteristics.
